WHO ARE WE?
Ariel Musicality Choir is one of Sussex's Premier Youth Performance choirs.
We are a family; we all share a passion for music and performance; there is no better place to learn and have fun.
Split into two age groups, Juniors aged 5-12 and Seniors aged 12-25, we cover all musical tastes from Pop to Rock and Musical Theatre to Acapella.
We offer exciting and memorable opportunities, from entertaining a crowd of 3000 at a bonfire night event to performing in Disneyland Paris.
No experience is needed, there are no auditions - just plenty of enthusiasm!
A typical rehearsal will consist of:
Learning a song with full original vocal arrangement.
Movement and staging so the piece is performance-ready. Don't worry, you don't need to be a dancer as we cater for all abilities.
There's no need to read music: all our harmonies are made available for you to listen to and learn online.

TAKE A LOOK
Being a part of Ariel Musicality choir has given me the chance to grow my confidence, improve my signing technique and feel more comfortable performing. Choir is something I look forward to every week, for me it is such a fun and creative outlet from the stress of college and refreshing to be surrounded by people who are as passionate about singing as I am. My favourite aspect of choir is the fact we get to cover such a wide range of music genres; it is so interesting trying new things that challenge us enough to help us improve – it is always so rewarding when we finally nail a song!
In 2014 I began choir with the intentions of being more confident with harmonies and singing up rather than trying to fade into the background, in the relaxed and supportive atmosphere it really didn’t take long for me to notice such a difference in my confidence and singing technique. It is so refreshing to be somewhere where everybody is encouraging and all work goes into giving everyone a chance. I am especially grateful for the performance opportunities I have gained through being a member of Musicality choir, we regularly get the chance to go on stage and perform at local events as well our annual Christmas concert which is always one of the highlights of my year. This year we even performed internationally at Disneyland Paris which was an unreal experience and hands down one of the best things I’ve ever done - I can’t wait to see what our next venture will be!
